Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our customer acquisition and revenue growth strategies. This role will be responsible for scaling our paid marketing channels, optimizing ROI, and driving overall business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns that maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across paid digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Optimize campaign performance, ensuring high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition costs.
• Analyze data to identify insights and optimize marketing spend, leveraging A/B testing and attribution modeling.
• Collaborate with creative and growth teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Drive customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement tracking, reporting, and automation tools.
• Own performance marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
