Role Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Growth Manager to own and optimize Web2App funnels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and scaling web2app funnels, improving conversion rates, experimenting with pricing, products, up-sales mechanics and driving high-quality growth hypotheses. You will work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to refine our marketing approach and achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and scale Web2App funnels to maximize conversion and ROAS.
• Own the end-to-end funnel strategy, from traffic generation (paid and organic) to conversion and post-purchase experience.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, implementing A/B tests to improve performance.
• Work closely with other growth managers, data, and design teams to improve landing pages and onboarding experiences.
• Implement AI-driven features and other tech solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in web2app.
• Own and manage KPIs such as ROAS, CVR, CPA, and LTV, ensuring continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with app developers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness.
